In the hustle and bustle of modern life, it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of responsibilities, ambitions, and distractions. We often find ourselves pulled in multiple directions, struggling to maintain equilibrium amidst the chaos.

However, amidst the chaos, there lies a profound truth: the power of BALANCE. Bringing balance into our lives is not just a luxury; it’s a necessity for our overall wellbeing and spiritual growth.

BALANCE encompasses harmony in all aspects of our lives – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. When we achieve balance, we experience a sense of inner peace and alignment. It’s like finding the sweet spot where everything falls into place effortlessly.

But why is balance so crucial,
and how does it contribute
to our well-being and spiritual evolution?

First and foremost, balance promotes physical health. Our bodies are an intricate set of systems that must be working together, in harmony, for optimum health. When we neglect one aspect of our health, whether it’s diet, exercise, or rest, it can throw off the entire balance, leading to illness or fatigue. By honouring our bodies with proper nutrition, regular exercise and adequate rest, we cultivate a strong foundation for overall wellness.

Moreover, BALANCE extends beyond the physical realm into our mental and emotional states. In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become a prevalent issue, wreaking havoc on our mental and emotional health. However, when we prioritise activities that promote relaxation and stress management, such as meditation, mindfulness, or spending time in nature, we create a sense of harmony within our minds and hearts.

Furthermore, achieving BALANCE in our relationships is vital for emotional well-being. Whether it’s nurturing friendships, fostering healthy boundaries, or investing time in family connections, maintaining harmonious relationships contributes significantly to our overall happiness and fulfilment. By cultivating empathy, compassion, and communication skills, we foster meaningful connections that enrich our lives.

 Spiritual growth also flourishes in an harmonious environment. When we create space for introspection, reflection, and spiritual practices, we deepen our connection to the divine and tap into our inner wisdom. Whether it’s through prayer, meditation, or engaging in acts of service, nurturing our spiritual selves allows us to transcend the mundane and align with our SOUL PURPOSE.

Moreover, BALANCE plays a crucial role in our energetic well-being. According to ancient wisdom traditions such as yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the body is comprised of energy centres, or chakras, that must remain in balance for optimal health. Practices such as yoga, tai chi, or acupuncture help to harmonise these energy centres, promoting health and vitality.

In essence, BALANCE is the cornerstone of holistic well-being. It’s about honouring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit and finding equilibrium amidst life’s ebbs and flows. When we prioritise BALANCE, we create a solid foundation for growth, resilience and success.

So, how can we bring more balance into our lives?

It starts with self-awareness and intention. Take time to assess your current state of balance in various areas of your life – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Identify areas that may be out of alignment and make a commitment to bring them back into BALANCE.

Re-aligning your central energy systems (CHAKRAS) to bring them back into balance is a vital first step. The main 7 Chakras are a series of energy points which run from the base of your spine (ROOT) up to the top of your head (CROWN).  When aligned and in balance, energy will flow freely which will ensure well-being, health and increase vitality.

In conclusion, BALANCE is ongoing practice of tuning into yourself and making conscious choices that support your holistic wellbeing. By embracing balance in your life, you pave the way for greater health, happiness, and spiritual evolution. So, take a step back, breathe, and find your centre amidst the chaos. Energetically, each one of our energy systems are involved with keeping us alive and allowing us to live our most balanced, vital life.

Did you know you are ENERGY?

YES – you are an incredible energetic being comprising many different energy systems which work together to keep you alive and healthy.

The human body is amazing and the complex energy systems which connect your mind, body and soul, are magnificent. Without energy we would not exist – nothing would exist.

When are energy systems are optimised and working in harmony, we have vitality and health. Unfortunately, the impact or our modern lives along with environmental factors, our energy systems can be compromised. They need to be nurtured and nourish to ensure they function properly.

The heart is a key organ that most people understand has an energy (electric) component to beat and push the blood around the body. But did you know that each of your 30 trillion cells act like batteries, and your nervous system is used to send and receive information to and from your brain across your body? Your brain is another fascinating energetic organ. I think you get the picture…

Energy can not be destroyed,
it can only transformed.

Perhaps you have heard about the CHAKRA system in your body, a series of energy wheels  which spin and when alignment bring balance and harmony. This is only one system, there are many more.

Your energy systems are magnificent and you are a radiant soul when they are aligned and working in harmony.

When I work as an Energy Healer, I channel the energy from the Cosmos and from the Earth and feel where my client needs alignment. As an Empath, I can feel where there are issues, so you don’t need to get overwhelmed by all the array of energy systems – they all work together. By healing at the energetic field level, it also helps to prevent illness/disease before it manifests in the body.
