Kindness and Compassion
KINDNESS IS THE RIPPLE THAT IS CAPABLE OF TRANSFORMING THE WORLD AND COMPASSION IS THE GUILDING LIGHT IN A WORLD OF DARKNESS.
In my mind, KINDNESS and COMPASSION are two of the most powerful tools at your disposal to change the world in a positive way. They require only your awareness and love to make this world a better place for everyone.
The words COMPASSION and KINDNESS are sometimes used interchangeably, but the two words have distinctive meanings.
KINDNESS is defined as “the quality or state of being kind,” or “a kind deed,” according to Merriam-Webster.
COMPASSION on the other hand, is a “sympathetic consciousness of others’ distress together with a desire to alleviate it,” according to Merriam-Webster.
KINDNESS AND COMPASSION ARE YOUR GIFTS TO MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER FOR PLACE

Kindness practice – do ONE act of kindness everyday for the next week and see how it helps you shift towards feeling happier. (And don’t forget, you should also be kind to yourself too!)
