Gratitude

Gratitude is riches. Complaint is poverty.
– Doris Day
Do you have an Attitude of Gratitude?
During the upheaval, turmoil and chaos of the last few years, I will put my hand up and admit that I feel into a negative fug of complaining. Everything felt wrong moving back the UK as the pandemic unfolded and I struggled to find my way through the strange and unfamiliar landscape. I wasn’t living in our own home, and having left the safety of our mountain home in the Swiss Alps, I had anxiety overload with it all.
I felt like a fraud as I know many ways to help work through this type of scenario, however, all my knowledge and wisdom went out the window.
Slowly, I found my way back to building a more positive outlook by leaning into the power of GRATITUDE.
GRATITUDE is a powerful food for your SOUL
It is all too easy to be sucked into a cycle of complaining. This lowers your vibrational energy, sapping your energy systems and dimming them – it allows illnesses to take hold.
When you become aware that you are complaining or critizing – flip the script and find things to be thankful for.
I recommend a simple daily GRATITUDE practice of either writing down a list of things you are thankful for during your day, or say a prayer of thanks and note key things for which you feel blessed just before falling asleep.
This practice will help raise your energy and with practice you will shift your focus to find things that make you feel thankful.
Allow GRATITUDE to help your SOUL SHINE
